Spooky Stroll on October 20th

Spooky Stroll: Cape Cod’s Nighttime Critters

Date & Time: Friday 10/20 at 5:30 PM
Location: Dorothy Connors Bell Conservation Area at 312 Setucket Rd in Dennis

Come learn about your favorite nighttime critters with a short hike through the Dorothy Connors Bell Conservation Area. The Dennis Conservation Trust and the Cape Wildlife Center will be there to lead you through this beautiful property and talk all things nocturnal. Don’t miss out on this fun fall walk meant for all ages. There will be a few surprises along the way!

The Dennis Conservation Trust’s Annual Oyster Walk with East Dennis Oyster Farm

Time: 10 AM

ATTENDANCE IS LIMITED

 The hike through Crowes Pasture is approximately 2 miles through woods, wetlands and over the tidal flats. John & Stephanie Lowell will meet the group at the East Dennis Oyster Farm grant where they will talk about growing shellfish on Cape Cod Bay.

The demonstration will last approximately 45 minutes.

Attendees should wear comfortable shoes and clothes. Sandals or water shoes are encouraged for the oyster demonstration. Please note, attendees will be walking through tick and poison ivy habitat.
