SUMMARY:Home Grown Tour: Sustainable Farming with Cape Abilities Farm
DESCRIPTION:The Dennis Conservation Land Trust’s Home Grown Farm Tour series invites curious locals and seasonal visitors the opportunity to step behind farm doors to meet the people who grow food\, fiber\, and seafood from the land and sea\, and to witness the intimate rhythms of a working farm.  \nFrom oyster farms to regenerative farm fields yielding fresh produce and flowers\, the series doesn’t just showcase Dennis farms\, it reveals the hands\, hearts\, and stories behind it.
