The Dennis Conservation Land Trust’s Home Grown Farm Tour series invites curious locals and seasonal visitors the opportunity to step behind farm doors to meet the people who grow food, fiber, and seafood from the land and sea, and to witness the intimate rhythms of a working farm. 

From oyster farms to regenerative farm fields yielding fresh produce and flowers, the series doesn’t just showcase Dennis farms, it reveals the hands, hearts, and stories behind it. Think of it as a guided stroll through the town’s living pantry, where every turn offers a taste of connection, history, and a renewed appreciation for where our food comes from.

Seawind Meadows, LLC is a family-owned and operated grass-fed and grass-finished Highland beef producer. Our farm has raised Scottish Highland heritage breed cattle since 2006, here on Cape Cod, Massachusetts.Seawind Meadows offers locally sourced, grass-fed beef and farm-fresh eggs.
