Join DCLT’s Executive Director & Ecologist, Dave Fryxell, for a 2-3 mile walk through the Flax Pond and Run Pond woodlands in search of vernal pools and their amphibious inhabitants. Learn about the biodiversity found in vernal pools and the ways in which DCLT is working to protect it.
Participants should be comfortable walking up to three miles in uneven, wet terrain.
