Dear Dennis Conservation Land Trust Duck Race supporters:
WE are awfully fond of you!
As you know, the Dennis Conservation Land Trust has organized The DCLT Rubber Duck Regatta for the past few years and have marveled at your generosity, enthusiasm, and support, as well as that of the community. We couldn’t be successful in the preservation of open space in our town without each of you and your sponsorship of the Decked-Out Ducks Contest, contributions, volunteer services, or in promoting the sales of Duck Race chances.
Sadly, but for all the right reasons, we have cancelled the Duck Race for this year. Our Rarin’ to Go ducks will wait until next year. And we, as well as each of you, will find a way to do our jobs – to persevere, preserve, and press on regardless.
We are sincerely grateful to every one of you for your participation and generosity, and we look forward to seeing you next year. Savor the memories of the past gorgeous Cape Cod days that attracted folks of all ages from near and far to enjoy the wonderful outdoors in our glorious seaside town.
